A while after last sewing work, here comes: “Styling DIY – boho cape” photo session! Photos shoot on a hanger cannot reflect clothes’ charm so I decided to be a model during the last weekend spent by the sea:)
Styling DIY boho cape
The photos were taken in Gdańsk Jelitkowo by Wojtek. It’s not easy to capture a shot without crowds in the background by polish sea in July but somehow we managed. Cloudy wheater seemed to be helpful as some people decided to stay out of the beach, we both love glomy wheater anyway.
The light coat is made from H&M rectangular ecru scarf. I wrapped the edges inwards so the scarf fringes could naturally decorate the cape. For more sewing details check DIY boho cape tutorial.
Important part of my weekend outfit was brand new Rose Gold & Peach Watch by The 5th I got for my 30th (can you believe that?!) birthday. It’s classic, it’s minimal, it’s nude, it’s everything I wanted my dream watch to be <3
If you liked my DIY boho cape idea grab an old scarf, click the photo below and simply follow the tutorial. Let me know – either in the comment or on Facebook fanpage – if you’re satisfied with the effect.
How do like DIY styling sessions? I hope to post more of my DIY daily outfits and I’m looking for some nice places for photoshooting in Warsaw. Thanks in advance for any recommendations!
