Hello guys! Last week I shared very simple DIY wood and felt necklace tutorial and today I have small Styling DIY beads necklace session. We made it during 24 hours spent in Venice, Italy, hope you will enjoy.
Styling DIY beads necklace
November in Venice can be quite cold with average temperature about 8 Celsius degrees, however we were lucky enough to enjoy very nice weather on the second day of our trip – no jackets needed!
After having nice breakfast in our hotel restaurant garden we went to see Ponte dei Sospiri – famous Bridge of Sighs.
As a true lover of long loose sweaters this day I put on cosy ecru sweater from C&A. I combined it with salmon beanie hat from Primark and assymetric khaki blouse with longer back from Pepco. Nude boots come from Deichmann, black leggins and skirt are no names. DIY wood and felt necklace in natural colors was a good finish for this autumn outfit.
Whole outfit represents the style I like to call modern boho. The key to modern boho as I see it, is to wear clothes and accessories typical for bohemian style but no more than one or two at the same time. So: furry vest but no long flowery skirt; flowery skirt but no jewelry overload; jewelry with feathers but no fringes, loose sweater but no hat etc. Keeping to this simple rule will add a boho scent to your outfit without looking too gypsy.
